WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Engineering Degree is essential (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) - Mechanical is preferred
Experience scheduling and planning a variety of activities in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
Awareness of API and AS standards relevant to tank terminal and MHF
Strong data analytical skills
Ability to gain familiarity to new standards and guidelines
Previously demonstrated abilities to solve problems that involved analytical and planning skills
Strong focus towards closure of open items / inspection findings
2+ years of experience in equipment/facility inspections and projects
Hydrocarbon / oil and gas technical training experience highly preferable
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a Sydney based permanent role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Abide by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position
Responsible for planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities
CMMS administration and work prioritisation
Providing ongoing communication and support to contractors and other stakeholders
Participate in workshops studies and reviews (Criticality, HAZOP, FMEA, RCA etc.)
Participate in budget preparation and analysis
Stock management of spares
Regular formal and informal communication with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
Involvement in scoping, designing and execution of terminal projects
Monthly maintenance performance reporting
