HSE Mining is seeking an experience Maintenance Planner to join our team at South Walker Creek Mine. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Planner will ensure that site has timely and complete maintenance schedules and detailed job plans for mobile and fixed plant life.
About the role but not limited to:
- Construct and distribute weekly and future maintenance schedules
- Ensure all equipment compliance is in date and compliant
- Achieve the target Planned Maintenance KPI's for site
- Meet Field Leadership targets
- Ability to work closely with a team of professionals
- Facilitate statuary inspections and ensure all maintenance work is undertaken in accordance with site SHMS
- Ensure purchase orders are raised for planning tasks
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling
- In depth knowledge of plant and machinery within the mining environment and how to provide for consistent maintenance, planning and servicing practices
- Knowledge of mine operation regulatory and legislative requirements
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and an eye for detail coupled with the ability to work autonomously, work to deadlines and within tight time frames.
