Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner will ensure optimal performance and reliability of our manufacturing equipment at our Revesby Can Manufacturing Plant.  This includes implementing and continuously improving the Maintenance Work Planning and management of inventory and supplies.

• Develop and implement a maintenance planning strategy to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to plan and track maintenance tasks.
• Lead the stores coordination in managing inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the Stores Coordinator and other team members.
• Generate reports on maintenance performance, inventory levels, and equipment reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experience in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance challenges.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
