Job Description Your new opportunity: The Maintenance Scheduler will provide high quality support to the Service and Sales teams through the delivery of organisational skills, facilitating effective maintenance solutions for our customers. In this role you will: Support internal staff in the preparation of Repair and Maintenance Contract Plans or fleet tenders for utilisation for the Service and Sales teams within designated time frames in accordance with systems and processes.
Administration of in-vehicle telematics systems and commissioning new units into the correct environments. Schedule upcoming service and maintenance works for vehicles under service contract agreements. Communicate openly and effectively with the customer, business unit and stakeholders on service contract performance and utilisation.
Provide monthly service history reporting to customers and internal stakeholders About you: Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent customer service focus, written and oral communication skills Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders Experience with maintenance schedules and costing Intermediate skills with the MS Suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to think logically, and sound reasoning skills Trade or technical background (desirable) Alignment with Penske values of Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity and Care.
