An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and outgoing candidate to join our growing and fast paced Maintenance/Service Department in Thomastown on a Permanent Full Time basis as the Leading Service Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- To meet Aidacare’s standards and requirements in the delivery of exceptional service to all our customers. This involves liaison with our customers to address service/maintenance matters and enquiries.
- To attend to all maintenance requirements and processes, and report to management on a regular basis.
- To provide your best endeavours to achieve Budgets.
- To supervise service admin staff and ensure productivity and efficiency KPI’s are met.
- To maintain staff training and knowledge
- Receive calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Create service calls & invoices in accordance with company processes.
- Data entry of service reports
- To contact clients to discuss job requirements and confirm appointment times etc.
- To update service/repair jobs with relevant information and monitor their progress.
- To have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff at the administration and technical level.
- To monitor and plan technicians work load to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

- Strong computer literacy.
- Previous Service or Healthcare experience well regarded.
