We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support our operations within our Industrial and Energy Business.
The Scheduler will prepare schedules for maintenance and projects, ensuring the required capabilities are attainable within timeframe and monitor and maintain project schedules. They shall ensure milestones are met and provide engineering data and support to the engineering management team for the scope of work.
To be successful you will have:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar planning position; mechanical experience desirable
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role, developing project schedules from baseline to set package of work.
- Ability to analyse Project Status/delays
- Experience in Extension of time claims and cost control
- Contract administration experience in EOT's and delays an advantage
- Development of delay claim analysis
- Competent in Microsoft Project Excel and experienced with Primavera planning software;
- High attention to detail, information process and problem solving capability;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- High levels of motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills; and
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing demands within the business.
- A proven capability working within the engineering contracting sector servicing the resources, energy or infrastructure industries
- Produce "S" curves, Histograms, tabulated man hour/progress data.
- Understand and apply planning theory, process and best practices.
