Our client is a highly successful gold producer with assets in Australia and internationally. They require a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at one of their world class operations in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent the role will deliver completed weekly schedules for the maintenance team, as well as accurately planning for corrective, preventative and predictive shutdown maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake the planning of all work orders.
- Provide detailed work plans for the work orders to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure all work planned is in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Provide planning support during shutdown periods.
- Actively develop and improve tasks to streamline the planning process.
To be successful you will require relevant experience in the mining industry working on fixed plant maintenance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively maintain best practice in all aspects of maintenance planning is also required.
The role offers an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, a fantastic team environment and competitive remuneration.
