About YouTo be successful you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Customer Service or Call Centre experience
- Strong administration and attention to detail
- Demonstrated Problem-solving and Multitasking
- Active listening, verbal and written communications
- Strong time management and decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Being able to collaborate and work in a busy team.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, Word, Teams intermediate to advanced
- Excellent at building relationships with customers and contractors
