Applications are invited for the position of Maintenance Team Leader at our Tyabb campus. The role leads the Maintenance team and oversees staff and their duties associated with the maintenance and development of buildings and grounds of the campus. Main aspects are:
Coordinating the operation of the campus maintenance program, including scheduled and ticket-based maintenance.
Providing leadership on the practical and professional requirements of the Maintenance Team on a weekly basis
Providing a supporting role to the Property Manager on minor and major capex projects
