We are not just a nursing facility, we are family!Moosehaven is growing!!We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech III.This position will be responsible for general maintenance of residential buildings that would involve but not limited to:
- Plumbing repairs faucets, and tub/shower valves.
- Light electrical work such as bulb replacements, switch replacements, and receptacle replacements.
- Flooring work such as carpet tile replacements.
- Strong trouble shootings skills are required.
- The candidate must have computer knowledge to accept work orders electronically on an iPad or smartphone.
- The candidate must have good general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance of residential buildings.
