RGM Maintenance is looking to appoint a new Service Administratorwithin their Townsville Branch.
Our Branch is a fast-paced Daimler Trucks Dealership showcasing Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso, however, we do not limit ourselves to only our brands. RGM works on Defence Vehicles, Fuel tankers and basically anything that comes through the door.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make the change from an administration role in another industry over into the transport industry, you do not need to know trucks or have a mechanical background to exceed in this role.
We want someone who is organised, able to work well under pressure and isn’t afraid of a challenge.
This role requires:
- High customer service focus.
- Experience with “Equip” or DMS systems will be highly advantageous.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
- Sound computer knowledge and familiar with Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to perform to a high standard within a busy environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Communication with customers; face to face, via phone and email.
- Managing workshop booking diary entries.
- Gathering customer information via phone consultation and translating into a detailed repair order for the workshop.
- Filing via digital barcode scanning system
- Invoice and quotation processing.
- Following up back-order parts internally.
