About the role
The Major Gifts Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative and support services to the Major Gift Team’s program of work and facilitates the delivery of business objectives.
What technical / soft skills you require
- Demonstrated success in the provision of administrative and project management support including high level desktop skills, experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and people in senior roles.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating reports, documentation, meetings and associated catering along with the ability to determine priorities in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines, using initiative and independence.
- Experience in the use of a wide variety of software applications including: Word, Excel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, a finance, procurement or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and a content management system.
5. Willingness and ability to attend events outside of business hours.
