Your New Role
This role will see you working closely with a collegiate team working on some of the State's most significant major infrastructure projects, including advising clients on project structuring, procurement strategy, tender formation through to evaluation, contract preparation, negotiation and administration, as well as working with borrowers and lenders on banking and finance matters.
Recent projects that the team have worked on include:

• Cross River Rail
• Brisbane Metro
• Inland Rail
• Gateway and Logan Motorways

Your Skills Profile

• At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience with specific experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of project, tender and contract documentation and providing contract administration advice in the development of construction and engineering projects
• High quality private practice experience and/or exceptional experience working in-house within the government/construction/projects industry
• A strong record of academic achievement
• The ability to provide timely, accurate and commercially astute advice
• A sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your work
• A desire to work within a dynamic, supportive and fast-paced team environment on complex construction and infrastructure projects
