About the Opportunity:
We're thrilled to present a brand-new opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our clients esteemed ASX100 listed organization within the Industrial/Building & Construction domain. In this role, reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, you'll wield significant influence in driving growth across major multi-million-dollar projects across various segments, working closely with top tier and large-scale organisations. With access to a well-established network of tier 1 and 2 clients, you'll have the chance to nurture and expand these relationships, supported by a dedicated and focused leadership team and business committed to growth. This role is highly visible leading to unparallelled career progression opportunities.
About You:
You will have a proven background in strategic Business Development, with a track record of successfully hunting and converting large-scale multi-million-dollar projects and tenders. You will have an industrial background such as building, construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing or similar "product out" businesses. You demonstrate a knack for building and nurturing relationships with major top-tier clients to executive level, coupled with a proven track record in winning substantial project-based contracts. You demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen, adept in areas such as pricing, margins, and sales dynamics, and possess an unrestricted driving license with reliable transportation.
