Join a highly supportive team in a role assisting clients with Managed Services over the phone, via remote support and occasional onsite support at client’s premises. You will be assisting with problems related to email, network connectivity, cloud services, backup systems and remote desktop environments. A thorough understanding of Office 365 Business is crucial. Your role will also include implementing solutions to meet customers’ IT needs. The role has an emphasis on customer service, we are looking for someone who can not only provide technical solutions but also communicate with customers in an easy-to-understand way.
We require someone motivated and knowledgeable to be mostly self-managed and take a leadership role in their department.
