Management Accountant - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Role

Privately owned property company with high profile projects in NSW and Victoria going through an exciting phase of growth.The RoleReporting into the Financial Reporting Manager, your role will include:-monthly bookkeeping for 10+ Corporate Entities
-bank reconciliations
-balance sheet reconciliations
-P&L reviews
-month end accounting and reportingThe PersonYou will be CA/CPA qualified with prior commercial accounting experience, ideally in the property sector. Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant standards, excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.Please note that candidates must have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship to be considered for this role.
