The Associate Customer Account Manager enables the delivery of eHealth NSW services that align to customer needs and customer strategic direction.Acting as an advocate for the customer and actively interfacing within eHealth NSW you’ll drive outcomes and ensure that customer expectations are met. - Demonstrated record of achievement in Customer Account Relationship Management in an ICT service environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience. This includes sound knowledge and experience in managing a diverse range of customer requests and issues through to resolution.
- Proven capacity to manage and support new business initiatives as they relate to stakeholder engagement and the Demand Management pipeline, including the capability to plan, document, manage change and improve business process performance.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting ICT projects and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, reporting, issue and risk management.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with proven experience in supporting and engaging key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in ITIL v4 disciplines.
- This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
