Finance and Insurance Business Manager - Ford

An exciting opportunity now exists for a highly driven Business Manager to join our growing team at Artarmon.You will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered in to, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.About youIf you are high achieving Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the Finance and Insurance performance forward.Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.The role will involve the following:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding our customer needs, providing suitable Finance and Insurance solutions
• Meeting and exceeding monthly Finance and Insurance targets
