The Opportunity
- Management Accountant
- Fixed Term Contract to September 2025 – Full Time
- Hybrid work – Work 2 days in the office
Reporting to Group Head of Finance & Investment Operations, this role will provide financial and non-financial analysis as part of the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting and performance reporting processes. Supporting the Financial Control and Investment Operations teams, this role will also leverage internal and external data to deliver both strategic and operational decision support.
Key responsibilities:
- Budgeting and planning, involving working across the enterprise with cost centre holders to deliver annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting reporting
- Deliver financial and non-financial analysis and insights using internal and external data for both strategic and operational decision support
- Financial reporting and decision support for Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Board
- Working with the Investment Operations team to calculate investment returns and fee rates for investment performance and reporting purposes along with other support for that team
- Working with and supporting the Financial Control team on various compliance and related requirements
About You
You excel in providing high quality financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting. Natural ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, able to lead discussions, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and make timely decisions in complex scenarios will be essential. Strong commercial modelling and business intelligence skills with a key eye for detail.
Additionally, you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics. CA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years experience in a similar Financial Performance and Analysis role
