Product Manager (Superannuation)

We're searching for a Product Manager to join our Superannuation Solutions stream. You'll be working with a team of Software Engineers, Test Engineers, DevOps, Designers, Product Solutions Consultants and Product Solutions Specialist whilst collaborating with the wider business. Day to day you'll: Ensure GROW's products are built and continually improved to create meaningful value for customers and all stakeholders within the company Own the roadmap (collate and manage) Work with stakeholders to prioritise work (including admin, finance, other streams) Maintain and articulate priorities to the stream Ensure the stream is aware of upcoming features/work with sufficient runway to complete work Assist with discovery & delivery as required Ensure adequate documentation created/maintained for features/handover to the business.

Qualifications Please note that GROW is open to remote employees located within Australia only, preferably in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper.

However, to be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for: Experience or exposure to the superannuation or wealth management space (required) Experience defining product strategies and roadmaps Proven track record of shipping SaaS products in the B2B space Passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions A love for leading a team to ship innovative solutions Can-do attitude and focused on driving the right outcomes Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments We value diversity of thought and believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference here at GROW.
