Qualifications & experience

• CA qualified with at least three years of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated experience in management accounting
• Strong background in systems and process improvement is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High-level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for the general ledger and month-end accounting
• Responsible for oversight of the finance team
• Creation and implementation of financial governance, processes, systems and integration with other systems
• Monthly management reporting
• Cashflow forecasting
• Annual budgeting
• Providing monthly financial performance reports to management and discussing key business drivers and budget variances
• Support the business with various projects and initiative analyses, ability to engage effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
