Qualifications & experience
- CA qualified with at least three years of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated experience in management accounting
- Strong background in systems and process improvement is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High-level communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the general ledger and month-end accounting
- Responsible for oversight of the finance team
- Creation and implementation of financial governance, processes, systems and integration with other systems
- Monthly management reporting
- Cashflow forecasting
- Annual budgeting
- Providing monthly financial performance reports to management and discussing key business drivers and budget variances
- Support the business with various projects and initiative analyses, ability to engage effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
