This temporary to permanent Management Accountant opportunity offers candidates the chance to work with a growing international business services / facilities management organization.
The role focuses on working with a range of business units where you will be involved in the reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Prior experience working within a Management Accountant capacity will be beneficial for this position as well as having strong business partnering skills and being system savvy / strong excel skills.
This temporary (3 months) to permanent position is based in Sydney CBD, close to public transport and offering $45- $48/hour + super. Hybrid working is offered.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Business partner with a range of business units / operations managers assisting with their reporting & analysis as well as the budgeting and forecasting.
- Time and accurate monthly financial reporting against budget, forecasts, cash flow and KPIs.
- Complete monthly transactional review of the GL and cost centre coding.
- Reviewing financial performance and target on a regular basis.
- Assist with internal / external audits as required.
- Assist and support the Finance manager and wider finance team with ad hoc tasks.
Desired skills and experience:
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completed the qualification
- Strong business partnering skills and being able to work and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Experience working with a range of ERP systems such as SAP and templa.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management and working to tight deadlines.
