We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced full-time Management Accountant to join our rapidly expanding company.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Budgetary and Accounting Policies - Formulating and assisting in the development of budgetary and accounting policies.
- Financial Statements Preparation - Preparing and presenting financial statements to boards of directors, management.
- Financial Investigations and Audits - Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on business transactions.
- Cost and Expenditure Examination - Examining operating costs and analyzing income and expenditure of organizations.
- Financial Reporting Assurance - Ensuring the accuracy and statutory compliance of financial reports.
- Deliver Month-end, forecasting and annual business plan activities
- Timely recording of accruals, reallocation journal entries and reconciliations
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in preparing financial reports and coordinating audits within a multi-disciplinary organization.
- Experience with Finance and reporting systems such - Xero.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles, specifically, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Reporting.
- High level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Strong team player.
- Attention to detail, and be well-presented and punctual.
