Duties to be performed:
- Analysing and appraising existing systems and structures of the organisation and conferring with staff about same.
- Formulating solutions for organisational issues and directing clients towards more efficient organisation.
- Assisting and promoting the improvement of objectives, strategies, and plans towards gaining customer satisfaction and using organisation's resources effectively.
- Conferring with clients on business and organisational shortcomings.
- Carrying out and reviewing work studies by analysing current and recommended methods and procedures in administration and other areas.
- Analysing organisations' workflow charts, job descriptions and other important documents and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, changing workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
- Reviewing operating procedures and advising on the departures from standard procedures.
- Interviewing staff to understand the type of changes to employees, equipment and methods are needed.
- Recommend new methods, systems, procedures or organisational changes.
- Instructing staff on system changes and training them to work with new systems.
- Assessing the process change and informing clients on the progress of addressing the project objectives.
- Carrying out on-going coordination with client to develop the business relationship, ensure service satisfaction and locate opportunities for further consulting work.
- Planning and assisting in implementing of management endorsed recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
- Organise information about the problem to be resolved or method to be improved.
- Following up with management to ensure the recommendations for changes are efficient and effective.
Qualifications and requirements:
- - Qualification at the level of a bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications.
- - At least 5 years of solid experience in a similar role;
- - Ability to carry out and review work studies
- - Ability to analyse organisational work flow charts,
- - Ability to prepare reports for the CEO;
- - Staff management / supervisory experience;
- - Reliable, hardworking, strong ethics and an ability to work as part of a team;
- - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- - The ability to cope with pressure and challenges;
- - Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
