Management Consultant
Phillip Riley are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join our team.
Tasks Include:
• Analysis the expense and cost throughout the process, and production planning and scheduling, lead the internal team proactively to avoid production delays and minimise the expenses because of the delays
• Provide high level evaluations to company’s executive teams for them to make critical decisions on process, improvement, and opportunities
• Provide guidance and advice on Strategic direction and initiatives
• Identify areas required improvement, market research and analysis of current & latest trends and technology and develop strategies that the company can effectively incorporate those trends and technology
• Innovative and intuitive approach to researching key target markets and new opportunities,
• Create and document new internal policy manuals and business procedures ensuring that all employees have access to comprehensive training and are up to date with company regulations and safety issues
• Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities
• Provide regular feedback and consulting matters to senior management
To be successful in this role you will have

• Excellent teamwork and management skills
• Minimum 2-years of experience
Salary – $90,000 – $110,000 plus superannuation Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
