Our ultimate Management team will be from a fast-paced retail, grocery or cafe environment with hands-on experience managing large teams across multiple departments. Stock ordering and control, cash management and customer service to staff management, rostering and general operations are all critical duties of this position. We are looking for people-focused, talented leaders with the ability to create and maintain a high energy, positive culture – people who can develop, engage and inspire their team to offer outstanding service and achieve results. Above all, they must be a positive role model for staff and consistently embody the APCO cultural drivers.
The ideal candidates will also have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in a retail/sales, grocery or cafe leadership role in a similar fast-paced environment (essential);
- Proven experience and ability to drive sales growth, expense management, profitability and meet KPI’s;
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while keeping them engaged, happy and focused on achieving results;
- Amazing service skills and experience, with an outstanding “customer is everything” approach;
- Strong merchandising, rostering, inventory and stock control experience;
- The ability to work a flexible roster, to cover 24/7 operational hours.
