Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in Aged Care or related sectors (hospitality, health).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- Proactive with a collaborative problem-solving approach to solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Autumn Care is advantageous.
- Applicants must undergo a valid national police check and pre-employment medical assessment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team across clinical care, administration, HR, and hotel services.
- Assist in roster preparation on a fortnightly basis as well as face-to-face orientations for new starters.
- Maintain accessibility to residents, their representatives, and your team.
- Ensure residents feel respected and well-cared for, adhering to evidence-based best practices.
- Stay updated on legislative requirements and changes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the management system.
- Support Palm Lake Care's strategic direction, growth, and continuous improvement.
