Working with their ESG Consulting team, you will provide client services in strategy, sustainability, transformation, technology, and people advisory. You'll collaborate with delivery teams to implement integrated services, including ESG and sustainability strategy, decarbonization and net zero strategy, organizational transformation, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advisory services in Sustainability and ESG strategy, transformation, and roadmap development;
- Develop bespoke client solutions for ESG opportunities and challenges;
- Liaise with senior management to meet objectives and mitigate risks;
- Ensure compliance with quality and professional delivery standards;
- Create external ESG materials and contribute to internal capability building; and
- Mentor junior team members to become future trusted advisors.
- Relevant tertiary education in sustainability, science, or related disciplines.
- Extensive Sustainability and ESG expertise, delivering client solutions.
- Diverse consulting background across sectors and engagement types.
- Proven track record with senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Experience in scoping engagements and team structure.
- Proficient in consulting, project management, strategy, and transformation.
- Skilled in business development and complex proposals.
- Builds strong client relationships to support ESG goals.
