ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager – Acute Care Programs will manage the development, implementation, monitoring, support, and evaluation of clinical programs and implement strategic change initiatives that improve the level and quality of Acute Care at NSW Ambulance. This position will be responsible for undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting. The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative project and models of care across NSW Ambulance.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- You are an advocate for driving clinical leadership in Acute Care settings (e.g., pre-hospital, ED, critical care)
- You have experience in delivering high quality, complex projects in a health-related field (a Grad Cert in Redesign or similar would be highly regarded)
- You are experienced at developing and implementing models of care within the health system, with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- You are passionate about driving change through complex settings
