An exciting new Senior Product Manager/ Product Manager role within our Acute Care team to be based in Sydney, NSW.
Key areas of accountability:
- Drive all aspects of marketing for the portfolio
- Own our programs, brand, initiatives and have overall Brand stewardship over how implement a Marketing Led-Sales Drive offense in the Region.
- Develop and Lead Process of Annual Marketing Plan for portfolio and geographies owned.
- Provide clinical support, training and coaching for the products to the sales reps & distributors in ANZ/East Asia
- Foster and enhance relationships with KOL’s in the region. Be a key point of contact with large and influential key opinion leaders.
- Develop marketing plans and new product introduction plans for specific product lines including the development and measurement of such product promotional campaigns
- Identify new product, channel, vertical and marketing opportunities within the portfolio and make recommendations and lead teams to implement those plans
- Work hand in hand with the Regional Sales Manager of Acute care whilst collaborating with the Global Acute Care teams.
- Preferred previous sales experience in the Hospital setting, but not limited to only HP is advantageous
- Strong experience in Digital, Media, Graphic Design and Marcoms across Multi-Channel or Vertical Marketing
- Ability to build relationships and network with Key Opinion Leaders with persuasion and negotiation skills to navigate solutions to win business
- Strong product sales training capability, with clinical expertise in the product and portfolio.
- Capacity to assimilate medical technology, analyze and interpret clinical statistical data and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or the industry
- Capacity to assimilate medical technology, analyse and interpret clinical statistical data and marketing data relating to product portfolio and/or the industry
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in a technology related industry including sound knowledge of marketing practices and a demonstrated track record of success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for tenders, business proposals and other client communications
