The Role:
As a manager in this group you will work with Tribe and Squad leads to help offer strategic solutions to business problems and influence business, product/program initiatives to directly impact and maximise the ROI. The team are responsible for build, execution, analytics and insights of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and initiatives. In this role you will lead a team of senior campaign analysts who process audience selections, use advanced targeting and models and deploy a large volume of campaigns in conjunction with our direct & digital marketing teams.
The Person / Skills required:
- Min 2 years experience mentoring and managing a small team of campaign analytics specialists
- 5-7 plus years experience in Marketing Analytics and customer insights
- Ideally you will come from a technical campaign data analytics background
- Experience managing campaigns in Enterprise campaign management tools (Exact Target preferred but alternatively CIM, Unica, Reponsys, Adobe Campaign).
- Data Quality Experience
- SQL programming is highly regarded
- Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data.
- High standard of verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner.
- Must be able to multi-task to meet deadlines while maintain high quality of work.
- Can lead the design, develop, test, and launch of complex campaign selections
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
