Community, Culture and Customer Experience is a Directorate that is changing and modernising to deliver valued efficient services to the community, elevating what our community expect and love. We are a team of approximately 280, working directly with the community across Customer Experience, Communications, Arts & Culture, Events, Community Services, Library Services, Recreation Venues and Community Services.
You will manage a team of two, and work on exciting projects across the Directorate and Council. Customer Experience is at the forefront of everything we do and we are determined to lead the industry. Projects include online services, voice of the customer, process improvement, Customer Experience Culture and a lot more. This role will lead various projects and harness technology and innovation but importantly put people at the forefront.
