This role will be managing a team of new business sales people.What You'll Do:Manage a team of 6-10 closing Corporate Account ExecutivesCoaching reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practicesForecasting accurately to managementWorking with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close ratesRecruiting and training of new Corporate Account ExecutivesMeet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breachedPresenting to prospects, delivering corporate presentations via Zoom to C-level.Collaborate with our Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies and plans.Partner with our Channel Team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue.Forecast and report updates to the management team.Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of CrowdStrike products.What You’ll Need:A minimum of 5 years sales experience generating net new business for a technology company1-2 years first line sales management experience.Experience working with channel sale, presales and supporting departments to drive sales plans.Track record of hiring and leading a successful sales team.Persistent – Doesn’t stop at “no”.
