What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Chess boarding of existing resources; assigning to and coming off projects.
- Interview and engagement of new hires to support business needs.
- Resolution of performance management issues with the People Group and management of people issues including grievance and disputes.
- Talent Development of the team and to ensure appropriate skill level exists across the department to service the needs of the business.
- Participate in and ensure projects are started correctly, in accordance with Worley procedures and systems along with periodic review and audit of ongoing projects in accordance with Worley procedures and systems.
- Pay review and performance review process with People group.
- Liaise with operational leaders and projects as needed.
- Responsible for Engagement, Growth & Planning for use of Regional and GID resources
- Setup of projects and progressing in a consistent Worley way to meet delivery expectations.
- Assisting Projects from technical perspective with PC tools and ensure consistency across projects.
- Support projects with appropriate resources assigned for delivery and manage performance and support cost controllers with project delivery.
What you’ll have
- Relevant years of experience within project controls and project delivery.
- Excellent/ SME level technical skills relating to cost Project Controls.
- Able to work effectively with stakeholder to improve specific PC objectives on variety of execution models and scopes and also excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to others and make presentations when required.
- High level problem solving and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in a range of MS Office 365 platforms along with overall project delivery reporting.
- Tertiary qualified or suitable equivalent.
