Job role

• Reporting to the Head of HSS (Health Safety and Security), this role focuses on harm minimisation at both a strategic and operational level, by horizon scanning, preparedness, and response which is achieved through fit for purpose frameworks, tools and resources, building capability, and adaptability.
• You will establish, implement, and maintain effective Crisis, Business Continuity and Emergency response frameworks and management systems, executive and operational preparedness, and recovery frameworks.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders from Board, ELT & Committees through to international operations, essential to the success of the role is the engagement, collaboration and influencing of key stakeholders to understand process and drive continuous improvement.
