We are actively searching for a highly motivated and accomplished sales consultant to lead the development of a consultative sales strategy and drive substantial growth for our organization.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must have experience in the Solar Industry or a relevant industry
• Must possess a keen interest in learning about new products in the industry
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Must have a professional and honest approach
• Attention to detail is essential
• Should be able to provide exceptional customer service and follow-up for referral sales
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed are necessary
• Must be able to close the sale on the day of the visit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understanding and responding to customer needs with prompt and exceptional service
• Helping customers find the ideal solar and battery packages that align with their energy requirements by using a consultative approach
• Resolving customer complaints as the first point of contact to retain their business
• Adhering to phone, computer processes to ensure consistent quality experiences and accurate business intelligence data
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey every time by following workflows
• Maintaining expert knowledge of the product and service range provided by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Casual

Salary: $48,613.03 – $143,618.54 per year , This a commission only role but a weekly base + comisssion can be organised for the right candidate.
