Your new role We have an opportunity for an individual to join our People, Culture & Capability (PC&C) team as Manager - Culture & Capability on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting to the Director - PC&C, the position provides leadership, management, and coordination of IBAC's workforce capability, diversity, equity, and inclusion portfolios. This position is an influential cultural change role. The successful incumbent will lead the development, implementation, engagement, and monitoring of policies, strategies, and plans within the Culture & Capability portfolios, driving the growth and engagement of workforce capability, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Duties include:
* Engage with stakeholders to implement leadership development and emerging leadership frameworks that ensure the future leadership of the organisation.
* Design and implement training needs analysis and succession planning frameworks, including the development of talent management programs to support accelerated skills development and a systematic approach to career development and succession planning.
* Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to develop a learning and development culture, with a specific focus on technically specific workforce capability solutions, that meet the individual needs of teams and business units.
* Develop and effectively manage the implementation of a broad range of diversity and inclusion plans
Additional duties are outlined in the Position Description. Our requirements / Your skill set We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
* Previous experience implementing leadership development and emerging leader programs. Experience implementing the Human Synergistics leadership development program would be highly regarded.
* Previous experience in developing and maintaining a program of training programs and events to support the technical and cultural needs of the organisation.
* Demonstrated experience, implementing reconciliation action plans, gender equity plans and overarching diversity and inclusion strategic plans.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with Aboriginal, LGBTIQA+, disability and culturally diverse community stakeholders
