- Deliver NielsenIQ's contractual analytical commitments (ongoing or ad hoc) to a high standard;
- Manage client expectations regarding analytic insights required and commitments to ensure service level is achieved. Works on client business issue, and tracks outcomes. Present to varied audiences delivering insightful and actionable recommendations;
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction/NPS targets with high quality delivery and insights;
- Coordinate ongoing relationships with assigned clients;
- Act as "Expert" on topics of strength. Continue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, NielsenIQ services and broader industry;
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving client queries.
- Minimum 3 or more years' experience with very good knowledge of specific measurement or data analytics tool;
- Deep awareness of market conditions and client business environment;
- Strong planning and servicing skills;
- Experience working with clients to solve business issues;
- Have excellent attention to detail, a strong analytic mind and aptitude for problem-solving;
- Strong communication/presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to design solutions (both standard and non-standard) to answer client business issues;
- Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, advanced proficiency in excel, PowerPoint and/or PowerBI is preferable;
- Be professional, self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves with a fun and energetic team!
- Desirable - An understanding of NielsenIQ Practice portfolio and interconnectedness of the different solutions.
