The Role:
- Your role will be highly customer facing, responsible for leading and managing Partnerships and Client Engagements.
- Head up the account management and Customer Success offering in Sydney
- Engage with senior stakeholders, and help to develop the business case for change
- Champion the application of lean principles and continuous improvement across all organizational levels, from administrative functions to Manufacturing production.
- Execute clients strategies in education, research and IT.
- You will provide a central support service for customers and external links to key stakeholders and groups within your specialist sector.
- Act as Client Partner for key clients, ensuring the projects are appropriate, resourced and delivered to ensure clients are delighted with the projects delivered.
- Work closely with clients to develop programmes of work allowing visibility of business pipeline. Ultimately responsible for commercial decisions on your clients.
- Maximize client benefits & collaborations.
- Work closely with finance, marketing and operations, including IT teams to help grow the business in ANZ.
- Help increase brand awareness through potential presenting & conference opportunities.
- Enable tangible benefits through the introduction of ICT systems.
- You may led numerous projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Who Are You?
Client management and development is at the heart of your work! You’re passionate about nurturing existing client relationships, winning new clients, and expanding your client base.
- You will currently be working in either the education sector or manufacturing business sector
- Those who are actively consulting (delivering business consulting) into either Higher Ed or Manufacturing will be considered.
- A proven leader and skilled business developer, you will be used to collaborating with universities and/or manufacturers (one sector is essential) to tackle a broad spectrum of challenges in leadership, strategy, human resources, technology, and business transformation.
- Exceptional communication and customer facing skills.
- A passion for dealing with the risks & complexities that modern IT management throws at organizations (with the support of technology experts!).
- Account Management & the success of these accounts.
- An appetite to spot new opportunities, get involved in Business Development through networking and events.
- Consult with your customers and be a trusted advisor
- A general interest in IT, Cloud & Cyber Security (not technical)
