What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join our Technology team.
This role involves reviewing and enhancing IT architecture, ensuring compliance with Qudos IT Policies, and addressing IT risks through the implementation of a structured IT Risk Management Framework. The Cyber Security Manager oversees the development of technology solutions, maintains IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, and collaborates with Executive Management to achieve strategic objectives.

What will I be doing?
IT Infrastructure and Security Management: Overseeing IT infrastructure and security teams for optimal operational performance whilst enforcing compliance with APRA CPS234, APRA CPG235, and PCIDSS standards.
Leadership and Strategic Planning: Providing expert advice to management on IT issues and highlighting opportunities for improvement in line with organisational needs and business strategies.
Project Delivery and Collaboration: Collaborate with PMO and Project Management for key business projects and work with third parties to ensure managed services meet contractual obligations.
IT Security, Compliance, and Performance: Develop and maintain IT security strategy, policies, and plans. Execute disaster recovery plans and ensure regular testing whilst ensuring documentation, processes, and performance meet required standards.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience overseeing IT Security and Compliance matters, performing security audits, and conducting analysis on Cyber Security incidents.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, including; Firewall management, intrusion detection, Microsoft Active Directory, SQL Server environments, storage, VMware, VoIP, VPN Network, and data center design.
- Microsoft Certification such as MCSA or MCSE
- Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- Experience with Cyber Security Monitoring Technologies such as Security Operation Centre (SOC), Online Reputation Monitoring, Dark Web Scanning, User & Behaviour Analytics, Data Loss Protection and Multi-factor Authentication.
Even better if
- Previous exposure to Finacial Services prudential standards such as CPS234.
