Nature of Job: Permanent
Location: Perth, Australia
Salary: 120 K – 130 K (AUD)
The Opportunity
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for implementation of projects, delivery of service for RPA, and analytics-based process improvement solutions.
This entails identifying opportunities for solutions, defining, and shaping project approach, analysis, and requirements, driving insights and recommendations, and overseeing designing and delivery of the ultimate solution.
We believe the following skills will help you be successful:
Technical Competencies:
• Atleast 5 years’ experience working with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere (must have), UiPath, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, Work Fusion, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Candidates must have experience in managing P& L A/c.
• Candidates must have experience of the analysis and design of business processes.
• Experience presenting solutions to senior management.
• Knowledge and experience in RPA and Data Analytics essential
• Highly PC literate with strong skills in MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word
• Working experience on Relational Databases (MS SQL/ Oracle DB).
• Working experience in SAP automation will be preferred.
Professional Skills:
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and shifting priorities.
• Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with the team.
• Ability to identify and set priorities, plan, and effectively allocate appropriate resources.
Experience:
• Overall work experience of 5+ years. Exposure to international assignments would be preferred.
• Experience managing a team of developers working on multiple projects.
• Exposed to the agile way of working, engaging the team to deliver the high quality outcomes.

Qualification
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistics or related discipline
This is what you will do:
a. Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using the selected RPA platform. This will involve managing a team of analysts but will also be required to be “hands-on” to some degree.
b. As part of Project Sprint, you will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.
c. Working with the project team and business SMEs you will break down and analyse existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for RPA supported solutions.
d. Ensure that reporting metrics are put in place to measure the performance of RPA solutions.
e. As RPA Delivery you will be responsible for the ongoing support of the RPA Solutions and the quality of service and performance.
f. Design and maintain the high performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels.
g. Monitor, support, and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented.
h. Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across Group Operations to be well-positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions – and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.
i. Work closely with the relevant IT forums to ensure external stakeholders are aware of what’s happening with our automation strategy and to ensure that we are aligned to overall group strategy.
