Period of employment / Hours:

Homes Tasmania - Information Technology and Management Services - Digital Delivery Services - Statewide

Duties:
Primary Purpose / Focus :
- Manage and lead the Digital Delivery Services team in delivering assigned projects and initiatives through technology-driven business change for Homes Tasmania.
- Collaborate with Homes Tasmania's business units, vendors and stakeholders to deliver business driven change through new technologies, existing applications, and innovative initiatives.
- Build an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.
Selection criteria includes:
- Highly developed leadership skills in an environment of change, competing priorities and outcome focused environment.
- Demonstrated high level ability to manage assigned financial, human, and physical resources, including monitoring effectiveness and efficiencies through the application of contemporary management techniques.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in managing applications/software development.

Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or extensive experience relevant to the role such as -
- Minimum 3 years of recent industry experience.
- Software development services including system integration solutions across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Development practices and project management methodologies including agile.
- Current ITIL®, project management or change management certification.
- Current Tasmanian Working with Children Vulnerable People Registration (Child Related)
- Identification check
- Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
