An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced industry professional to keep Crown at the forefront of entertainment. Based in Melbourne within the Marketing Events & Entertainment team, the Entertainment Manager will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of entertainment requirements for Crown internal events, campaigns, activations and venues.
Essential to your success will be your experience in a similar role within the Entertainment industry developing concept proposals, new entertainment strategies and identifying relevant talent which enhances Crown’s brand.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Conceive, create, budget, plan, manage and execute a range of entertainment across various internal business units.
- Manage all aspects of end to end entertainment including casting, scheduling, music direction, talent and supplier management, AV and production specifications and OH&S requirements.
- Leverage market knowledge and industry contacts to drive innovative content which compliments the unique positioning of Crown events, campaigns, activations and venues.
- Build and maintain integral network of relationships within Crown’s internal business units and external entertainment networks.
- Manage all operational aspects related to entertainment.
- Ensure quality of entertainment is maintained in all areas.
- Support Crown’s brand image when dealing with external organisations in a professional and outstanding manner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Entertainment Management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing entertainment budgets.
- Established negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects according to challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar environment and/or management with a high level of knowledge of the entertainment industry.
- Extensive network of industry contacts is highly desired.
- You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
