About the role
This is a key senior position working on our Global Betting Platform (GBP) and will be responsible for the set-up and ongoing delivery of a large enterprise-wide re-platforming Program. Working with local and global stakeholders across multiple locations, the Program Manager will be required to traverse commercial and technical delivery over a multi-year delivery.
Responsibilities Include:
- Specification and delivery of Program in alignment with Sportsbet delivery methodology
- Define programme vision, roadmap and key commercial success criteria, clarifying program objectives and requirements - driving clarity from ambiguity
- Identifying and managing Program streams and schedule, including planning & architecture, commercial (incl GTM), delivery and integration and people & change streams
- Ensuring that customer migration, and overall customer experience during transition is seamless and frictionless
- Define and uplift ways of working across all Program streams to optimise delivery across multiple locations and delivery teams
- Work across many functions in the business to identify relevant dependencies, resourcing needs, risks and issues and manage any conflicts
- Accountable for the timely and relevant reporting of Program progress
- Ensuring Program is properly planned, communicated and monitored throughout the lifecycle in alignment with the end to end delivery process
- Ownership of the delivery experience, including management of key and senior stakeholders
- Stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation - including local and international stakeholders
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation
About You
You will have considerable experience in setting up large Programs and working through early ambiguity, with the ability to identify the necessary skillsets required to deliver Programs and create resourcing strategies.
You will be well versed in defining and scoping visions for the large Programs, and a talent for identifying and managing dependencies both internally and externally.
You will be driven to work with teams and delivery streams across multiple locations, ensuring ways of working are optimised to maximise delivery throughput with a focus on delivering quality quickly to customers and stakeholders
