About the role
The Manager Evaluation and Research is responsible for:
- Leadership of strategic and operational issues relating to the analysis and evaluation of organisational clinical performance, trends and outcomes.
- Ensure accurate data is available in a timely manager to support executives, operational managers and clinicians in the provision of appropriate safe and high quality services for patients within the South Australian public dental system.
- The ongoing development of information systems and databases that contribute to SA Dental achieving its strategic and operational requirements.

What you will need for success
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely to a broad group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to show innovation in the area of data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex management information systems including the extraction, analysis, interpretation and reporting of complex data and information.
- Demonstrated experience in research and analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant Government policies and/or best practice methods with respect to collection, storage, management and release of health data and personal information.
