Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workflows and functions within the Office of the Chief Executive, offering leadership and guidance to Executive Assistants.
- Provide confidential and professional advice in a complex healthcare setting with diverse priorities and stakeholders.
- Draft high-quality responses for senior stakeholders and manage Ministerial communications efficiently.
- Assist the Company Secretary and support Board activities as required.
- Coordinate administrative support for emergency operations and ensure timely information collation for executive decision-making.
