As our Manager Financial Crime Planning & Enablement reporting to Head of Financial Crime Planning & Enablement (Line 1), you will liaise across the 3 lines of accountability and engage, co-ordinate and respond to the Risk Framework.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will support the Financial Crime Planning & Enablement team, including the line 1 Financial Crime Project Portfolio, Remediation Plan, operational performance, Controls uplift and Capability & Development.
A few of your responsibilities
- Act as the point of engagement and representative for FCRO for alignment and compliance with the Risk Framework.
- Direct engagement and alignment with Financial Crime Risk - Line 2 for Financial Crime Risk Operations.
- Analysing and report Risk and Operational performance against agreed standards.
- Co-ordinate the findings and outcomes from Financial Crime Risk Operation in identifying and understanding thematic and insights across all financial Crime reporting and provide dynamic and insightful reporting / feedback to Financial Crime Risk - Line 2 and Operational teams.
- Identify and highlight immediately any leading indicators derived from risk / operational analytics.
- Support the compliance and Delivery of Operational Excellence efficiencies. Assist in operational and automation capabilities uplift as identified by the specialists and by the industry.
- Support the development and maintenance of systems and processes to achieve robust delivery of Risk Operations services to The Star Entertainment Group and in line with AML/CTF obligations and the Group Risk Appetite Statement.
- Experience working in AML Operations function in an Australian regulated designated business group and a deep understanding of the operational requirements of adhering to AUSTRAC's expectations would be very highly regarded.
- Experience working in large operational teams, building capability, improving engagement and alignment / compliance of the Risk Framework.
- Previous Management experience in the risk domain in a casino and/or gaming environment would be an advantage.
- Experience in customer due diligence, customer onboarding, AML Transactional monitoring and other relevant AML Risk Operations experience will be very highly regarded.
