Role: Manager Governance and Quality
Employment type: Fixed term until 30/06/2025
Time fraction: Part time - Full time (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and holds direct responsibility and operational oversight for Governance & Quality, including Accreditation, Regulatory Compliance, Policy, and Risk Management.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead policy, quality, and risk management initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on legislation, accreditation, and standards.
- Lead, support, and supervise the Quality team.
- Oversee quality initiatives, audits, surveys, and evaluations.
- Support the Executive team with the embedding of the Risk Management Framework and Systems.
