Manager Health Safety and Environment 1 Mar 2024 Ausdrill Ausdrill are seeking an experienced Manager, HSE to join the team in Canning Vale. The role will see you support the Australian operations team to better understand the nature of the risks and facilitate action to improve the Safety and wellbeing of people, and continually improve HSE performance across the Australian Surface Mining business. The role will provide expert guidance and support to Area Managers in the execution of HSE systems, strategies and initiatives, and direct line leadership to the Australian region HSE Superintendent. Responsibilities: Partner with the Operations Manager and Ausdrill Senior Leadership Team to provide subject expert guidance and support in the interpretation and implementation of Perenti Contract Mining’s HSE systems, strategies and initiatives throughout the region, and to support ongoing improvements to safety leadership and culture in line with the Ausdrill Principles Behavioural Charter.
