The Opportunity
As a Manager Housing Services you will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager with management of rental properties. Including but not limited to:
- Implementing the various policies and procedures across the region for the Regional Manager.
- Managing the activities of Housing Services Officers and Housing & Property Services Officers with respect to property management and rental services.
- Liasing with government departments, local authorities, welfare and community groups, etc. in the tenancy management functions across the region, including area offices affecting the Portfolio's rental policy through General Manager, Service Delivery.
- Managing the various disability housing and home ownership programs across the region.
- Preparing Board submissions, Parliamentary questions, Ministerial and Managerial enquires, Commissioner for Parliamentary Investigation and Equal Opportunity Commission enquiries for the region.
